* Can free upgrade ?
Yes, you will be informed to download latest version for free if any.

* How to get the License Code ?
You have to email to batu35@gmail.com by "Padsticker XXXX" to get the License Code, XXX is a random number that you can see it in the program started.

* What if I get the error "Access denied" when I try to import or export files to local directory ?
You can try to use the default folder like "Images", "Graphics" or etc.

* What's encoding ? How to set ?
You have to set the Encoding in Settings if you want to import or export any language other than English. For instance, Simplified Chinese is "MS936". Default value of "Encoding" for English is blank  Please goto http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/intl/encoding.doc.html to check what Encoding is the best for your need.

* What's the csv format ?
Start date,End date,Subject,Description,
2007-08-04,2007-08-04,Testing,"This is a testing, and just one record",

Date format is YYYY-MM-DD, delimiter is " , "

* What's different between Full and Trail version ?
The only difference between them is the storage size. Trail version only provide the size up to 10000 bytes but Full version doesn't have this limitation.
